When the Rewards Program was first launched, we were a small online startup with no physical store locations. However, Psycho Bunny has experienced exponential growth over the past four years and the current Rewards Program no longer meets the high level of experience we aim to provide to our customers.

Our loyal customers are extremely important to us, and we expect to be back with a new rewards program in 2024 that will provide the ultimate Psycho Bunny experience, full of exclusive perks and one-of-a-kind experiences. The last day to earn Points is April 19, 2023, and the last day to redeem Points is October 20, 2023.

Beginning on April 20, 2023, Points will not be earned on any purchases, regardless of tier. Onor before April 19, 2023, one point shall be earned for every $1 (USD) spent online and in-stores, excluding taxes and shipping. Points shall only be earned on items purchased at full retail price, and shall not be earned on any items on which sale terms apply. Platinum statusmembers shall be awarded 1.5 points per $1 (USD) spent, and Elite status members shall beawarded 2 points per $1 (USD) spent. At this time, Points cannot be transferred.

100 points equal a $10 discount. The redemption of Points is limited to a maximum of 1,000 points ($100 USD) per transaction. To redeem online, select the amount of Points to be used at checkout and click on "Apply". In-store, a sales associate will apply your Points at the point of sale. Points can only be redeemed in multiples of 100 ($10 USD).A maximum of one transaction using Points can be made per person per day. For transactionsthat take place in-store, sales associates have the right to refuse applying Points to a secondary transaction if a previous transaction has already been made. For transactions that take place online, more than two (2) transactions per person per day will trigger automatic cancellation on any orders for 24 hours. Points cannot be redeemed with any other offer or promotion, including temporary or permanent markdowns, or on the purchase of Gift Cards.

To view your Point balance, you must create an online account with a password. Once logged in, you can find your Point balance on your account page.

No, as of April 20, 2023, the tiering system will no longer be valid.

Welcome tiers issued before on or before April 19, 2023 will expire six (6) months after the applicable issue date.

As of April 20, 2023, we will not be offering birthday discounts.

Birthday discounts issued on or before April 19, 2023 will expire 30 days after the applicable date of issue.

If you have reached the Gold, Platinum or Elite tiers on or before April 19, 2023 you will continue to receive free shipping discounts until October 20, 2023. After this date, shipping discounts will no longer be valid. We currently offer free shipping on all US ground orders to all our customers on orders of $100 or more. Please see our shipping FAQ for more information.

Yes, the referral program (“Referral Program”) has been discontinued, effective April 20, 2023.

Referral credits earned on or before April 19, 2023 will expire on October 20, 2023.
