"We exchanged a pair of pants and were issues a gift card. We were told that thegift card would be used for the exchange. We could not see a record of transactions. We ultimately returned the second pair and the staff (including the manager) could not figure out how to do it. So there was a credit card transaction, a gift card, and the merch. I had to call the store several times and finally after four days had to demand our money credited. Never again shop there."

"The fit is great and the feel is suburb! I have longed for slim slacks and jeans that will fit me and Psycho Bunny’s do. But … These are my 2nd pair of the black slacks, though maybe not the same line, as the hip pockets are too small and don’t hold my iPhone, the smallest of the iPhones. Everyone I know carries their cellphone in their hip pocket, so please add about 1/3 more depth, please! The first pair of slacks were perfect in every way."
