FREE RETURN POLICY
Items must be postmarked or received in our Returns Center within 30-days of original receipt, in its original unworn and unwashed condition with original packaging and tags, to be eligible for refund. It is at our discretion to decide if a returned order is eligible for a refund.
The receipt date refers to the date which your order was delivered by FedEx, according to the tracking information provided. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of receipt.
RETURN PROCESS
For your convenience, we include a pre-paid RMA shipping label and return form in every order. To return your package, include the filled-out in your package and drop off your package at your local FedEx ground drop-off center or call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to schedule a pick-up.
Packages returned without the authorized RMA label or arrive via alternative couriers will be refused at our warehouse.
Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Returns from outside of the United States can be sent via the courier of your choosing.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs including any duties or taxes. All duties and taxes must be billed to the customer. If duties and taxes are charged to Psycho Bunny, we deem the right to refuse the shipment. Your return can be shipped to us at the following address:

PSYCHO BUNNY ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER RETAILERS
Returns or exchanges must be handled with the retailer from which the item(s) were originally purchased in accordance with that specific retailer's return policy. Psycho Bunny can only facilitate returns for orders placed through psychobunny.com.
ISSUING REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to the credit card on which the purchase was originally made. We cannot issue refunds to multiple credit cards or other accounts. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for return processing and refunds during peak shopping periods such as promotional weekends and holidays.
You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place.

EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not process item exchanges. You must return your original item by following the above policy, and place a new order for your desired items.
