Shipping Policy
Orders placed on www.psychobunny.com by December 19, 2022, shipped to addresses within the continental US, will arrive by December 24, 2022.
The Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs unless free shipping applies. Psycho Bunny Inc. is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to:
- Lack of supply
- Inability to deliver
- Shipping carrier errors or delays
- Incremental weather
- Economic events beyond our control
- Technical failures affecting our website
- Acts of God and other unforeseeable events
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Psycho Bunny purchase. If you are not, we will happily accept the return of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order or in-store purchase date. All original tags must be attached.
Global Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders placed outside the contiguous United States may require additional verification and may take longer to dispatch.
All domestic and international orders will ship via FedEx Ground. We ship to APO addresses and P.O. boxes, though handling time may be slightly delayed.

International Shipping & Customs

Custom Embroidery
Custom embroidery is available exclusively online for select Psycho Bunny polo styles. Customers may request up to three letters or numbers (no special characters allowed). A fee of USD $18 (plus tax, if applicable) per embroidered polo will be charged.
Important Details:
- All embroidered polos are final sale.
- Embroidery fees and taxes are non-refundable.
- Eligible styles: Men's Classic Polo in Lime Granata, Wild Berry, Sapphire, Tangerine Tango, Black, Navy, White, Brilliant Red, and Antique Tope.
- Shipping delays may occur, with an estimated processing time of 10 business days after purchase.
- Available only for orders delivered within the United States.
- Not available for international orders or in Psycho Bunny stores.
- Exclusions may apply due to supply issues or unforeseen circumstances.
