shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label. The window to process the return is 30 days after the package is delivered.
Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
All Psycho Bunny products that are marked down by 50% off or bought during a Sale on Sale event are considered final sale.
Socks and underwear are final sale.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to review your order carefully before submitting it, as we cannot make any changes once it has been processed.

Returns from outside of the United States can be sent via the courier of your choosing.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs including any duties or taxes. All duties and taxes must be billed to the customer. If duties and taxes are charged to Psycho Bunny, we deem the right to refuse the shipment.
Returns or exchanges must be handled with the retailer from which the item(s) were originally purchased in accordance with that specific retailer's return policy. Psycho Bunny can only facilitate returns for orders placed through psychobunny.com.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. We cannot issue refunds to multiple credit cards or other accounts. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for return processing and refunds during peak shopping periods such as promotional weekends and holidays.
You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place.
