Where We Can Ship?

We can ship orders worldwide. International orders may sometimes require additional information or verification before shipping, and may take longer to be dispatched. All domestic and international orders will ship via FEDEX. We can ship to APO addresses via the United States Postal Service, but please allow extra time for the order to ship.

Shipping Costs (U.S.)

We offer free ground shipping within the United States if your purchase is $125 (subtotal) or more. The $125 will be considered before taxes/shipping and after coupon codes or offers. At checkout select the 'Ground $0.00' option as your shipping method. This method general takes 5-7 business days to arrive. If you would like your item to arrive sooner, you can select 'Next Day Air' or 'Standard Overnight' for an additional charge. The cost for expedited shipping will be based on your ship-to address and will be shown during checkout.

Shipping Costs (International/APO)

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your ship-to address and the size/weight of your order. Please note that when ordering internationally, you may be required to pay additional duties, fees or taxes at the time of delivery. These charges are assessed by the customs office in the shipment's destination country - we are not able to estimate these costs as they vary from country to country and item to item. You as the purchaser and recipient will be fully responsible for any such charges.

Shipping Exceptions - Holidays

Our warehouses will be closed on the following days in honor of our holiday schedule. Please allow additional time for your order to ship if it is placed on or around these dates.

Sales Tax

USA - If your order is shipping to the state of New Jersey, we may be required to charge applicable sales tax. Orders shipping elsewhere will not be charged sales tax.

CANADA - Unless otherwise stated, all prices showing on the Website do not include shipping and handling charges and, when applicable, federal and provincial sales taxes. Separate charges for shipping, handling and taxes will be shown on the Order Confirmation for each Order, as applicable. Note that shipping charges are also taxable.

How Long Until Order Ships?

Orders received by 11am EST on a business day will typically ship the same day. If an order is received after 11am EST, it may ship that day, but will typically ship the next business day. Same day shipping is not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive and needs to ship on the day that the order is placed, we recommend calling customer service at (212) 532-8661X2 to verify that it will ship by the date you require.

Return Policy

Psychobunny.com purchases must either be received at our returns center, or postmarked, within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund. Returned merchandise must be in its original unworn, unwashed condition and all packaging must be intact and included. Please note that the date of receipt refers to the date which your order was delivered by FEDEX, according to the tracking information provided. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of receipt.

Free Returns and Exchanges (U.S.)

We offer free returns and exchanges on orders shipping within the United States. If you would like to return or exchange all or part of your psychobunny.com order, please contact us at (212) 532-8661X2 or customerservice@psychobunny.com, providing us with your order number, name and noting the item(s) that you wish to return or exchange. We will mail or email a pre-paid UPS shipping label to you. You can then re-pack your item(s), affix the label and drop the package off at any authorized UPS shipping location or with a UPS driver. In your return package, please include your contact information, order number, name and address. Also, note whether you are sending back for a refund or exchange. If you are exchanging for another item, please note the item(s) that you would like to exchange for.

Returning on Your Own

Our free return service is only available via UPS Ground following the above procedures. If you would rather return your order another way, you are welcome to do so on your own, at your own expense. Be sure to send via a trackable service and to insure your package. Your return can be shipped to us at the below address.

Worldwide Returns and Exchanges (International / APO)

Orders shipping outside of the United States are eligible for return. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs including any duties or taxes. Returns from outside of the United States can be sent via the courier of your choosing, but please note that all duties and taxes must be billed to you, the sender. Your return can be shipped to us at the below address.

Psycho Bunny Items Purchased From Other Retailers

Returns or exchanges must be handled with the retailer from which the item(s) were originally purchased according to that specific retailer's returns policy. Psychobunny.com can only facilitate returns for orders placed through psychobunny.com. 

Issuing Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the credit card on which the purchase was originally made. We cannot issue refunds to separate credit cards or other accounts.
